Phoresight LLC ("Phoresight," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Phoresight platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about our subscribers (businesses) and their clients in connection with the Service.
By using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you are a subscriber, you represent that you have authority to bind your organization and have provided appropriate notice to your clients regarding the processing of their information through the Service.
2. Information We Collect
Subscriber information
When you create a Phoresight account, we collect:
- Name, business name, email address, and phone number
- Billing information (processed by Stripe; Phoresight does not store payment card data)
- Subscription plan and usage data
- Account login credentials
Client information provided by subscribers
Subscribers upload and manage client data within the Service. This may include:
- Client name, email address, and mobile phone number
- Invoice amounts, due dates, and payment status
- Communication history and outreach records
Phoresight processes this data solely to provide the Service on behalf of the subscriber and does not use client data for any independent purpose.
Automatically collected data
- Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps)
- Device and usage information
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies
3. SMS Messaging and Phone Number Data
Phoresight sends SMS messages to clients on behalf of subscribers for invoice reminder and collections purposes. In connection with SMS messaging:
- Client mobile phone numbers are collected by subscribers and stored in the Phoresight platform
- Phone numbers are used solely to deliver invoice-related SMS messages authorized by the subscriber
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes
- SMS opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third parties
- Opt-out requests (STOP) are processed immediately and phone numbers are flagged to prevent further messaging
- Opt-out records are retained for compliance purposes
4. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Phoresight platform
- Send invoice reminders and collections communications on behalf of subscribers
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Respond to support inquiries
- Comply with legal obligations
- Detect and prevent fraud and abuse
5. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers: Stripe (payment processing), Twilio (SMS delivery), Airtable (data storage), Make (automation). These providers are contractually bound to protect your information.
- Legal compliance: When required by law, subpoena, or court order.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the successor's obligation to honor this Policy.
6. Data Retention
We retain subscriber account data for the duration of the subscription and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and business purposes. Communication logs, opt-out records, and consent records are retained for a minimum of five years. Subscribers may request deletion of their account data by contacting us at team@phoresight.io.
7. Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights

9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
10. Changes to This Policy
